📦 1. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unopened, with its packaging intact, and in a resalable condition.

For perfumes and cosmetic products, items with opened packaging, used, or with the hygiene seal removed are not eligible for return.

The product can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

The invoice and original box must be sent complete with the product.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes quality control.

If the product meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded to you within 5 business days via the payment method you used when placing the order.

For bank or credit card transactions, the refund period may take 1-10 business days, depending on your bank.
🚚 3. Shipping Fee Information

If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping fee will be covered by Barroni Profumo.

For returns made due to customer satisfaction (e.g., "didn't like it"), the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

For orders shipped with free shipping, if the product no longer meets the free shipping condition after a return, the initial shipping fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
